HAZE
HAZE is a project that holds emphasis on the textural qualities within environment, reflected through attire and movement.
The concept of contrast in nature; rough waves crashing on rocks, a golden sun warming the skin, the wind picking up sand.
All elements are existing at once to create a specific environment, either complimenting or contrasting. We adapt as needed, to seek comfort in where we physically are. By acknowledging the space around us, and moving with care to create harmony, rather than fighting against these elements. To exist as one.
A photographic series accompanied by a short montage style film.
Styling with pieces that mirror natural elements. A combination of rough and smooth textures, additionally, bright whites and darker shades were used to further express contrast.
